My love for skincare started long before I knew it would become my career. As a little girl, I was fascinated with the rituals of beauty. How something as simple as caring for your skin could make you feel renewed, confident, and seen. Now, as the heart behind Olive and Aura Skin Co., I carry that same wonder into every appointment. In a world that often prioritizes speed over quality, I want to slow things down and give you more than just a service. CANCELLATION POLICY
I sympathize with the fact that life is unpredictable, and sometimes things just come up. That said, I also run a schedule that relies on mutual respect. These policies are here to protect the time I set aside for you and ensure fairness for all my clients. Grace Period: I offer an 8-minute grace period for all services I build each appointment with enough time to provide the highest quality service—never rushed, never cut short. When someone arrives late, it affects not just their own service, but the flow of the entire day. I want every client (including you!) to get the full experience they booked. If you anticipate being late, please reach out as soon as possible. In many cases, it may be better to reschedule for a time that works well for both of us. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 12 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment WILL be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy • If you miss your appointment without reaching out, that’s considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service. • After two no-shows, you’ll no longer be able to book future appointments. I’ll always do my best to be understanding when genuine emergencies happen.
